rude employee triggers NIGHTMARE at the airport w/ our 6 kids *11 HOUR FLIGHT DELAY*

As our family of 10 was getting ready to leave to the airport, we got an email from JetBlue stating that our flight was now delayed until the NEXT DAY. What's even weirder? They insisted that we still arrive early and stay the night, IN THE AIRPORT! 🙃 After many hours and many phone calls with unhelpful employees, we eventually make it to New York City, and eventually to our airbnb in upstate NY! What a NIGHTMARE.
