Serenou is a 7-piece band from the Netherlands which specializes in the Brazillian repertoire.
The repertoire consists of great, intricate songs from the Brazillian singer-songwriter culture from the 60's till now .
Being far from purists the band plays the songs with great accuracy and in a virtuoso-style mixed with funk-grooves and echoes of progmusic.
A grooving band with great soloists and fronted by an excellent Brazillian female singer!
Line Up: Talyta Lemos Voc's, Harvey Mercera Keys, Thomas Hilbrandie Guitar Laurens Blinxma Sax, Jan Schoemaker sax/ Flute, Marco Kerver, Bass, Jeroen van Olphen Drums.
