🇮🇹 MERENDINE ALL'ALBICOCCA 🍑
📑 Ingredienti x 12 merendine
🥚 4 uova (tuorli e albumi separati)
60g di zucchero
50ml di latte
40g di olio di semi di girasole
60g di farina 00
1 cucchiaino di lievito per dolci
🍋 Scorza di 1 limone
20g di zucchero (x la montata di albumi)
20g circa di marmellata
🇬🇧 APRICOT 🍑 SNACKS
📑 Ingredients for 12 snacks
🥚 4 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
60g of sugar
50ml milk
40g of sunflower oil
60g of 00 flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
🍋 Zest of 1 lemon
20g of sugar (for whipped egg whites)
20g of jam
🇫🇷 COLLATIONS À L’APRICOT 🍑
📑 Ingrédients pour 12 collations
🥚 4 œufs (jaunes et blancs séparés)
60g de sucre
50 ml de lait
40g d’huile de tournesol
60g de farine 00
1 cuillère à thé de poudre à pâte
🍋 Zeste de 1 citron
20g de sucre (pour les blancs d’œufs fouettés)
20g de confiture
