Here is part 2 observed this week... around 10am weekday
Observations: Trucks do not follow the one truck lane religiously.... there was an instance it blocked all the traffic....
the U-turn along CP Garcia is something that must be remedied or it will really be a pain
what do you think? so it has been running for a week now... do you think there is improvement now that the U turn slots are gone?
By the way for this video, I was not the driver, I was the passenger
