Video No 54 dated 13-04-2025: The Punjab Government, through its instructions dated February 18,2025, introduced a phased payment schedule for disbursing arrears for 1-1-2016 to 30-6-2021. However, the complexity of the installment structure, coupled with software implementation challenges, has created significant difficulties for Pensioners/Family Pensioners/ Legal Heirs and Bank Authorities in ensuring smooth and timely disbursement.
