How it Works
Uniform input distribution: The input feed is evenly distributed across the entire screen, facilitated by the vibration mechanism, which leverages differences in specific weight for optimal separation.
High precision segregation: The airflow effectively lifts lighter materials, such as grains, while the screen vibration enables the rapid displacement of heavier particles, like stones, upwards, ensuring precise and efficient segregation.
Distribution Over Secondary Screen: The mixture of stones and some amount of grains is transferred to the lower or secondary screens, where the same principles of operation are applied, ensuring a final, precise segregation of impurities.
