In today's video I share my personal journey with being self conscious about my looks. It happens to most of us at some point in our lives where we just wonder, "Am I good looking enough to find a partner?" or "Should I be concerned about my looks in dating?" I can't wait to share the message I have for you today if you've had these type of thoughts before.

What is attractive to men is usually completely different to what we think in our minds. So... DO looks really matter? Especially do looks matter to the men you are dating? When you're out on the town and trying to pick up, you don't want to be concerned about looks in the back of your mind. But it's totally normal to have those thoughts. Today I will give you a strategy to remove these thoughts and fill your mind with positive vibes instead.

From a very young age we are bombarded with images in the media that tell us how we should look. But when it comes to dating, do looks matter to men. The answer is yes... but only for a very small window. That window being when someone first glances in your direction. Before we ever meet someone we have to be physically attracted in order to want to meet them in the first place. But from there, the importance of looks dramatically decreases.

In this video I cover how to deal with it when you get stuck thinking about appearances and some practical tips on being comfortable with your looks.
