The traction switches on a big rig can be used in soft, muddy, icey, snow, uneven terrain. Even in lots with pot holes. And, while backing under a loaded trailer, or pulling out from under a loaded trailer.
You have been warned! DO NOT engage or disengage the traction control while in a spin out. You should always be stopped and with your foot on the brake or parking brakes set.
