Dr Divya Sharma is an anaesthetist at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in Perth.

Anaesthetists are an organised bunch, but life in the operating theatre doesn't always go as planned. Divya talks about working together with surgeons, anaesthetic technicians and theatre staff when plans go astray and putting their high quality training into practice, allowing them to be #AlwaysReady for any situation that comes their way.
