HOW TO INSTALL BONDED WINDOWS ON YOUR VAN (A TUTORIAL THAT WON'T PUT YOU TO SLEEP)

With that, you can get started. First mark out your cut line, lay down some plastic and cardboard to catch any metal shards, and pop some pilot holes with your drill. Then you can go through with your jigsaw and cut your opening.

Next you'll want to come through with a metal file or grinder to smooth out any jagged edges. You can then cover those with a primer in order to prevent rusting.

Before you attach your window, you'll want to sand down about an 1 1/2" around the perimeter of your cut out, clean it with some mineral spirits, and apply your single step primer.

Then you can apply your adhesive to your window, put it in place, tape it down, and let it cure for 24 hours.

After that you should check for any leaks and then you should be good to go!
