• 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1-¼ cups sugar
• 1 pinch sea salt
Optional Flavorings (choose 1, all or a combination)
• 1 whole cardamom pod or ¼ teaspoon ground
• 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
