These fish prefer sandy areas where they can sift and clean sand. They are often found in pairs and usually excavate a burrow to retreat to when frightened. Once you locate their burrow, capturing steady video footage becomes easier—just aim your camera at the hole and wait for them to reappear. With slow and gentle movements, you can even guide them back into the frame if they move out of view.
