Roland Jupiter-X Zen-Core Sound Design From Scratch *No Talking*

I am always asked about the zen-core synthesis system in the Roland Jupiter-X but until now I have always focused on the modelled instruments like the JP-8, Juno-106 and JD-800. Hiding behind those power-house synth architectures is the backbone of the whole Roland eco-system, the new Zen-Core.
This is basically an elaboration of Roland's digital synth tech going as far back as the original D50 and JD800 models. It has mutated and evolved, but ultimately it's the same system that Roland's been pitching for 30 years and thats pretty cool when it comes down to all the sounds that are hiding in this thing.
Each Zen-Core sound is made up of 4 partials (Just like the JD-800, the JD-XA and the Jupiter-80 synths) and you can think of those like miniature synths in themselves, each with oscillators, filters, and envelopes.
To start this video I initialize a Zen-Core tone on the JPX which starts off as a PCM piano sound. Then we add in some filtering, envelopes, and 3 more partials with supersaws, virtual analog waves, and PCM to create a big, bad, super synth sound.
