A lot of vetterlis were cut down into carbines here in the states. Many were gunsmith school projects and are very well done. These shorties make for great guns for hiking around and shooting out in the desert!
I have to say, these rifles were way ahead of their time for a general issue military long gun.
*all glass was responsibly removed and bagged after the carnage. Gotta keep the desert clean!
