What is a Pellet Smoker anyways? And how do they work? | Basic Pellet Grill discussion and history

Just sharing my basic understanding of what a pellet grill is and how it works. I've used pellet grills and pellet smokers for a long time now. During that time I've learned a lot about these grills and how they work through troubleshooting and repairs. In this video I share what I've learned and a very basic history and background on pellet smoker technology.
