From Podium to Peaks | Building the last chapter

🏆 Challenge Roth – full commitment on one of triathlon’s biggest stages.
In this vlog I take you through my race in Roth: a day of maximum effort, incredible atmosphere, and a memorable experience for the whole team. After two demanding years, both of which ended with a podium finish, my goal this time was to approach Roth differently – to enjoy the race more consciously and focus on the unique atmosphere this event creates.

While media and spectators focused on records and times, our team’s approach was to deliver a clear and controlled race that builds joy and momentum for the rest of the season. What inspired me most was seeing so many women and young girls lining the course and embracing the sport.

Right after Roth, we traveled to St. Moritz for the final altitude training camp before Hawaii. It’s here that we put the finishing touches on the preparation – altitude, structure, and focus – as the countdown to the World Championship begins.

🏆 Challenge Roth – voller Einsatz auf einer der größten Triathlon-Bühnen der Welt.
In diesem Vlog nehme ich euch mit durch mein Rennen in Roth: ein Tag zwischen maximaler Belastung, großartiger Stimmung und einem besonderen Erlebnis für das ganze Team. Nach zwei kräftezehrenden Jahren, in denen ich jeweils auf dem Podium stand, war es diesmal mein Ziel, das Rennen bewusster zu genießen und die Atmosphäre von Roth in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.

Während Medien und Zuschauer vor allem auf Bestzeiten und Rekorde geschaut haben, lag unser Fokus im Team darauf, ein klares und kontrolliertes Rennen zu zeigen, das Freude macht und Energie für den weiteren Saisonverlauf gibt. Besonders bewegt hat mich, wie viele Frauen und junge Mädchen inzwischen an der Strecke stehen und sich vom Triathlon begeistern lassen.
Direkt nach Roth ging es für uns ins letzte Höhentrainingslager nach St. Moritz. Dort legen wir die entscheidenden Grundlagen für Hawaii – mit Fokus auf Höhe, Struktur und den letzten Feinschliff. Der Weg zur Weltmeisterschaft geht jetzt in die entscheidende Phase.
