The worst part of the stock Anet A8 is the filament feeder functionality. It's almost impossible to change the filament and if the filament happens to break within the feeder mechanism the whole mechanism needs to be taken apart to fix the situation.
That is why I wanted to make an upgrade which makes it easier to access the feeder mechanism to change the filament and fix any problems. I didn't want to compromise with the cooling so unlike most similar upgrades, this still uses the heatsink and not just fan to cool down the feeding block.
