West Ryde is located about 16km north-west of Sydney CBD.
Graf Ave contains a number of Korean shops/supermarkets. West Ryde library is there. There are a few arcades between Graf Ave and Victoria Rd. West Ryde Market Place is a small/medium size shopping centre. The West Ryde Community Centre is also there.
The Charity Creek Cascades is a very nice walk, with a number of interconnected parks from Shepherd St to Linton Lane.
