Well, that's where an estimator and a quantity surveyor come in. 👷‍♂

While they may seem like two sides of the same coin at first glance, there are some key differences.

In contrast, a quantity surveyor is an independent estimator hired by various stakeholders - from insurance companies to the ATO - to work out the costs of a project.
