Hindi na tutulong ang mag-asawang kontratista na sina Curlee at Sarah Discaya sa imbestigasyong isinasagawa ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) sa mga maaanomalyang flood control projects ng pamahalaan.
Kinumpirma ito ni ICI Exec. Director Atty. Brian Keith Hosaka sa isang press conference nitong Miyerkoles (Oktubre 15). Aniya, napanood ng mag-asawa ang isang interview kay dating DPWH Secretary at miyembro ng ICI na si Rogelio Singson kung saan ipinunto nitong walang puwedeng maging state witness sa mga iniimbitahan ng komisyon.
