Why Was Plo-Koon The Clones Favourite Jedi?

Plo Koon was perhaps the most popular Jedi in the Grand Army of the Republic. In fact, the clones under Plo Koon's command loved him so much, that they even named their gunship Plos Bros, writing this above their nose art. But why did the Clones love him so much? Now there's no denying that Plo was awesome. Not only could he use rare abilities like force freeze and yellow force lightning, he also sometimes used a rare lightsaber Gauntlet. But although pretty cool, this was not the main reason the Clones loved him. Unlike many other Jedi whose decision-making led to needless casualties, Plo treated the clones like fellow sentient beings who were not expendable, thus commanding their respect and loyalty
