This presentation is offered by the following students: Royce Perez, Limi Sunjo, Elyssa DeWitt, Paul Granillo and Julian Johnson in ASU course CEE 372 transportation engineering, Spring 2021. They demonstrate how our civil engineering students can also utilize Google Colab environment to learn open network standard, python codes for rapid data sharing, and further discuss how systematic planning should be conducted by using examples of traffic equilibrium, Braess paradox and scenario planning during post-COVID period.
