주로 과거 경험을 말할 때
The pattern " V-은 적이 있다/ 없다" means "to have done (something)" which is an expression that used primarily to describe past experiences as 'a certain situation has happened / has not happened'.
예문) 미국에 가 본 적이 있어요.
