Freightliner M2 - McNeilus M5 Rear Load Garbage Truck

Here's the first, and so far only, "mini" rear loader that I've managed to catch a full video of! This one consists of a McNeilus M5 body on a Freightliner M2 chassis, with the cab modified for a stand-up right side. This little truck was spotted picking up recycling from some eye-catching purple carts in the tight alleyways near the beachfront in Long Beach, CA. As luck would have it, the truck was nearly full, which made for ample packing action on film!
