We are trying to incorporate some new drills in this session. Worked on:
Speed and agility
Explosiveness in the dive and quick recovery from a save
Proper recovery technique
Basic shot stopping & hand eye coordination
Cutting down the shot angle
Distribution with natural foot, weak foot and volleys (fun part 😀🥅⚽️🥅)
Conditioning and stamina building
