This year I decided to take a solo vacation in Montreal and just relax a bit. But of course the "relaxing" ended up ultimately taking the form of documenting really cool streets stuff I saw as I walked and biked about.
I also got to see some friends (all of whom work in the transportation field or are fanatics) and I was lucky to have Patrick Murphy from the powerhouse urban Youtube channel "Oh the Urbanity!" show me around for many many hours on a beautiful day meandering around some of his nearby neighborhood. We got to see a school street, ample daylighting with bioswales, a diagonal diverter, new public plazas, new bike lane treatments and even art!
