After discovering that I had an ultra-polyp-y uterus, my doctor scheduled me to get a hysteroscopy before we could go ahead with our frozen embryo transfer. A hysteroscopy is a minor surgery where the doctor goes in vaginally to remove the polyps. Luckily, most clinics are like ours and put you under anesthesia for the procedure. 👍🏼
We're hopeful, optimistic and excited to share each step of the way with the internet in hopes of bringing awareness to infertility as well as provide insight into what the IVF process is like.
