Hey guys!! Its been a while, but you all know how that goes. Today's video is about my Show Day! I know a lot of you are wanting to know more about my journey as a bodybuilder so here is a peek into what I do and some of my thoughts on this past show. I don't record when I train, so forgive me for not having any footage of my workouts. In addition to that, I decided to wear a wig this time around! I did it for convenience because dealing with things such as hair, can really add stress on a day when stress is the last thing you want! ‪@Rpgshowwigs‬ was kind enough to provide me with a beautiful unit (which I customized) to wear the day of the show.
