On this day (September 2019), I hiked / explored Koko Crater Trail or also known as Koko Head in Honolulu, Hawaii. This steep mountain climb to the top of Koko Head Crater that has spectacular panoramic views of the East Honolulu shoreline with an abandoned railroad track that goes around 1000 plus steps. In World War II, the military used this railroad track as part of an incline tram to transport supplies to the lookout post at the summit.
