Turning an overgrown garden centre Picea into a pre-bonsai

In garden centres you can often find nice trees for bonsai. But they are soo top-heavy and overgrown that people often ignore them. Not needed though!

If you do find one for a good price do get it. A nice trunk might be hiding in plain sight, providing a good start for a bonsai.
