This is a rare video taken from a TV show from the Soviet Union. It is of the first Monsters Of Rock in the USSR which was in Lenningrad--now known as St. Petersburg. US metal band Hellion was one of the headline groups. The singer is Ann Boleyn. I e-mailed one of the band members and was told that this show took place in an arena where they were getting ready to have some kind of international hockey play off and that there was ice under the floor and it was so cold that the guitars kept going out of tune.
