As part of the Community Mental Health Transformation, the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Team are ensuring community groups and services are part of the conversation around transforming mental health services. These VCSEs provide unique support for people experiencing mental health challenges and are often in a good position to highlight areas of services which need improvement.
Jointly led by Warwickshire CAVA & Voluntary Action Coventry, VCSEs were invited to engage with a survey to attempt to give a snapshot of how the community mental health sector was fairing across Warwickshire and Coventry in 2023 and better understand its social and financial contribution.
The results were quite astounding and hopefully you will agree some interesting insights have been discussed in this a short video.
