Hello friends.
Turns: 2
The final map is split into two phases. The first phase is against Sombron's humanoid form, and is the easier of the two. He spawns close enough that we can reach him with a Goddess Dance, and isn't particularly bulky. He is pretty fast, but not so fast that Kagetsu can't double him, and he hits pretty hard, but only 3HKOs Kagetsu with poor hit rate. Kagetsu seems to have missed the memo that this is the final map, as he still wants to farm these bosses with Parthia.
The main challenge of phase 1 is having our units in a good configuration for phase 2, as deployment slots in phase 2 are impacted by ending positions in phase 1. The game basically scans the map rowwise, starting from the bottom-left, and places units in the order it finds them in the corresponding starting positions. https://imgur.com/a/MfeipVy
Getting our starting positions for phase 2 right helps a lot with 1-turning it.
Our goal in phase 2 is to take down the Fell Emblems and weaken Sombron's barrier. The enemy in the top-left takes effective damage from any unit with Celica equipped. A sufficiently strong magical attacker can use Echo and take out both health bars without assistance. If this unit has 7 movement, they can reach with just one Reposition.
The enemy in the bottom-right is particularly fast and bulky, and takes effective damage from units with Sigurd. Jade can instantly promote into Lance General and can OHKO with Override. Eirika's Twin Strike does huge damage to any Fell Emblem, so we have Bunet use it against this one. Julius, taken down by the two worst units (as voted by GameFAQs)...
The enemy in the bottom-left has lower defenses, and takes effective damage from Marth. Mr. Lindon is able to do this job without issue, with Mauvier taking the other health bar with Quadruple Hit after inheriting a couple of damage-boosting skills.
Veld, in the top-right, takes effective damage from Leif, as well as Cavalry-effective weapons. I can get a couple of units to Veld with a Micaiah-boosted Rescue, but I save on this Rescue use.
With one Fell Emblem remaining, Sombron takes 50% reduced damage and does not take effective damage, so it would seem tough to punch through his four health bars, 100 HP, 43 Defense and 42 Resistance. But with Panette, Kagetsu and Amber yet to take action, along with Seadall and a Goddess Dance saved up, nothing is too tough.
Sombron is unable to critical, so Panette can use Eirika engrave without risk, and can ORKO Sombron after Goddess Dance. Timerra's support with Panette gives her an extra +3 Critical compared to Saphir or Goldmary, which... might have been relevant.
Complete in 84 turns.
