This particular exercise I'm not to fun of because it doesn't fully isolate the traps or rear deltoids, mentally you would have to be so in tuned to the muscles, of course using perfect form as well. Furthermore in my opinion the muscles aren't being challenged enough to ensure the greatest results. I always ask myself, on every exercise, I'm I feeling the muscles that I'm targeting, if not then it's not working. Shrugs using a barbell, smith machine, or dumbbells and even upright rows all are more beneficial. Where ever the mind goes during a movement you will feel that particular area of the muscle group.
