For many years I've been wanting to share the joys and power of Java Flight Recorder (JFR) however I've either lacked the experience or the time. Now, I've taken the time and garnered the experience - and for once documented it in an attached PDF book.
This recording is a quick and intense introduction into the world of profiling with JFR and analysis using JDK Mission Control (JMC). I hope that you appreciate it as a lot of effort has gone into creating it.
