So much of what we do in the yoga practice involves pushing strength, which can result in imbalances between the front side of the shoulder (the pushing side) and the back side of the shoulder (the often forgotten pulling side). In this quick at-home practice, you'll learn a series of strengthening movements that will help to rebalance your shoulder strength and in turn benefit both your yoga practice, as well as your general upper body functionality.
