Direct rip from a promo VHS-cassette. It shows the full event from start to end (minus some old MJ Pepsi commercials being cut out). Taking place February 3rd, 1992 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, it includes full introduction from Pepsi marketing vice president Peter Kendall, Michael signing the Pepsi sponsorship contract, announcing the Dangerous Tour and founding of the Heal The World Foundation charity, Michael receiving a 100.000$ cheque from Pepsi to help launch the Heal The World Foundation, the song "Heal The World" performaned by the Saint Thomas Voice Choir, Michaels speech, a speech and Dangerous sales-award presentation by back-then Sony Music Chief Tommy Mottola and finally Peter Kendall answering questions.
