Fish & Chips Cooked on a Campfire

Welcome to another video.
In this video I am making one of my favourite comfort food dinners - a British classic: Fish & Chips.
This is actually quite a simple dinner to make, and although I’ve cooked it on a campfire, it is easy to make on your hob at home.
Ingredients:
Potatoes (Maris Piper preferred)
White fish (I used cod fillets, but haddock, plaice etc are fine)
Cooking oil (Vegetable or Sunflower are best)
Plain white flour
Beer or sparkling water
While waiting for the fire to burn down, I show you a modification I made to assist with my GoPro Media mod, using aluminium strip and a cold shoe mount.
