DIY COILED ROPE COASTERS // beautiful and functional AND beginner - friendly

If you are a beginner at sewing and are wanting to eventually make coiled rope bowls, this is a great beginner sewing project.

Sewn with a Zig-Zag Stitch
Stitch width = 4.5 (how far apart each point A to B is on the Zig)
Stitch length = 3.5 (this is the distance from one piece of the rope to the next on the Zag)
If you use a different sized rope, play around with the stitch length to try and determine the best length for the rope you are using.
