Mammootty is a farmer having a wife, Lakshmi and two daughters - Baby Nasreen and Baby Niveditha. The village school has no facilities and he had to admit the kids in a convent in the city. He also starts studies at education centre run by Nedumudi Venu. He meets Jagathi, who with his cleverness traps Mammooty into the world of deceit. Lakshmi also likes city life and the family shifts to the city. What follows is the outcome of the new and unexpected twists of life.
