🧰 Tools & Materials Needed:
Screwdrivers (Phillips and flathead)
Socket set
Carb cleaner spray
Small wire brush or toothbrush
Compressed air (optional)
Clean cloths

🛠️ Step-by-Step Guide:
Ensure Safety: Disconnect the spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting.
Access the Carburetor:
Remove the air filter cover and air filter.
Unscrew the air filter housing to expose the carburetor.
Disconnect fuel line, throttle linkage, and primer bulb hose (if fitted).
Remove the Carburetor:
Unscrew the mounting bolts and carefully pull the carb off the intake manifold.
Be cautious of gaskets and spacers.
Clean the Carburetor:
Spray carb cleaner through all jets, nozzles, and fuel passages.
Use a wire or brush to clear clogged jets.
Blow out passages with compressed air if available.
Reassemble and Test:
Reattach all lines and mount the carb back in place.
Reinstall the air filter and reconnect the spark plug.
Start the engine and check for smooth running.
Regular carb cleaning helps maintain fuel efficiency and performance.
