These are the Black elevator at Sick Kids Hospital in Downtown Toronto ON. These one got modded too & got it twice. The cab are very nice and it does have my favorite color blue wall. These one used to have Older Otis Series 1 fixture as a first mod, sadly I never got a video of that :( Otherwise, it look very modern.
