Mindfulness practices can help individuals become more aware of their thoughts and emotions and cultivate a more intentional approach to their actions, reducing the influence of Vasanas on their present experiences. Additionally, engaging in positive actions and experiences can create new positive impressions that can gradually overwrite old negative Vasanas.
