This is how I plan my week and my day.
1️⃣ I start by listing all the regular tasks I need to get done.
2️⃣ Next, I do a brain dump of every project and task that aligns with my goals.
3️⃣ Then, I schedule in all my free time—morning routines, exercise, and lunch breaks.
But I don’t stop there—this is where it gets powerful.
✍️ I use colour coding with pens to time block and keep everything clear and organised. It helps me quickly identify tasks and stay focused.
⏰ I allocate specific times for emails—once in the morning, once in the afternoon.
🕒 I time block my day, protecting my golden time for deep, uninterrupted work.
🔑 Finally, I choose my top 3 tasks for the day and schedule them into that golden time.
This method isn’t just about getting things done—it’s about focusing on what truly matters.
No more multitasking. No more overwhelm. Just pure, focused productivity.
