"Whimsy," an art film, is a love story where life imitates art. Stephen Phillips, a punctual man of routine, walks the same route to work every day through the Pappajohn Sculpture Park. On this day, however, he finds himself conflicted when he encounters a beautiful young woman. Upon seeing her, Stephen reacts oddly and finds that the statues have an inconceivable effect on him.
