FREEZA - is one of the most significant/iconic villains in the history of the dragonball manga and DBZ anime!!. a galactic emperor who rules numerous planets thruout the universe. he is feared for his ruthlessness and awesome power level. he is the descendant of chilled, the son of king cold, the younger brother of cooler. Freeza possesses an entire range of transformations, each one being unique. it is implied by vegeta and freeza himself in the series that his fourth, most powerful form is actually his original form, the way he was born...?!! with the other three forms being used to suppress and conserve this awesome terrifying power level!!

Freeza rules a vast empire that has control hundreds of planets up until his death according to the manga. he creates many armies from the planets that he conquers, and his most favored were the warrior race of the beautiful red planet...the saiyajins. he had also heard rumors about the legend of the super saiyan, a superior warrior born among the saiyajin race every thousand years. who possessed awesome unrivaled power. a being so powerful that is said to be the strongest warrior in the universe. so freeza in time grew paranoid over this legend. fearing there is someone that could actually pose a threat to him. [aside from majin buu and then the beerus bullshit] he did try to dismissed this belief among the saiyan people as nothing more than a myth.

but then he began to fear that the legend of the SSJ may actually one day come true...he realized the saiyans came back from their battles significantly stronger and stronger. among these was a saiyan called bardock. the father of goku, a low level class saiyan whose power level was rapidly growing. perhaps even rivaling that of king vegeta. so to avoid future altercations with these standout saiyajins of high battle power, freeza goes onto fucking slaughter most of the saiyan race... by destroying the planet vegeta!! the majority of all saiyan life is wiped out. but this event leaves a few survivors who were fortunate enough to be away from the planet upon its destruction. scattered across the galaxy on their own missions. among these being paragus and his legendary son broly. who freeza would later on recruit into his army upon their discovery by his scouts...

Freeza was also revealed to be a prodigy, whose natural growth in power required him to never undergo any real training. upon his Resurrection in dbs he goes into intense training for the first time in his life. freeza gains an incredible level of power by a mere few months. discovering a new form as well. which he names as "golden freeza". also choosing the color of gold because of his epic fateful battle with super saiyan goku on namek... his skin is now purple like coolers and is also slightly taller. his appearance doesnt change much otherwise in this form. personally i find coolers shredder esque buff final form more badass. sad its just a color swap for freeza not much of a change. lazy dbs. but anyways. golden freeza was well on par with the god ki infused super saiyan blue. an insane and impressive feat for the tyrant. to attain such power without any divine ki. and its frightening to think he could have easily destroyed ssj goku on namek. if he just decided to train?!! wow the power of lord freeza. respect it.!! and so in his lifetime he became recognized as one of the most feared and powerful beings in the universe. :D
