Hi everyone! Today we are building in Copperdale building a single dad's house & workshop. I built this house for a single dad with 3 children, only one of whom still live at home. This house has 3 bedrooms ( 1 for Dad, 1 for teenage son & 1 for when his grandchildren come over to stay). This house is situated on Little Falls Nook in Copperdale which is a 20x20.
