Sculptra - Beverly Wilshire Clinic PJ

I'm excited to try a new FDA-approved, non-surgical injectable treatment, Sculptra, at Beverly Wilshire Clinic PJ! It contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which helps to rebuild collagen deep within the skin. Unlike traditional fillers, Sculptra works gradually, providing subtle, natural-looking improvements over the course of a few months. Reports say effects can last up to two years. Sculptra is suitable for various areas of the face, including temples, cheeks, and jawline.

Every treatment at Beverly Wilshire Clinic PJ begins with a thorough consultation with Dr. Wong Chee Hin. Numbing cream is applied to the skin, and Lidocaine reduces pain during the procedure. Still, there is discomfort as it's spread around with a cannula. I had several large bruises under my cheekbones that lasted over a week following the treatment. However, if you're not susceptible to bruising, you could continue with public activities immediately following the injections. Post-care involves a five-minute facial massage five times a day for five days to smooth out the product and reduce the likelihood of nodules. This can feel a little tender in the initial days but eases with time.
