Euclid spacecraft's new images show 26 million galaxies

The European Space Agency’s Euclid mission has given astronomers their first glimpse of three areas of the sky where the space telescope will provide deeper and deeper observations over the coming years.
In just one week of observations, Euclid has seen 26 million galaxies, the farthest of which are up to 10.5 billion lightyears away.
