Lube used for switches/stabs: Krytox 205g2 from amazon -- would not really recommend grade 2 for switches unless you thin it out with a less viscous oil/lube.
Switches: gat black ink
Keycaps: GMK Red samurai -- minus a spacebar... I'm not crying promise.
I also put a layer of tape on top of the pcb because I did not have any PE foam. It "worked" but, even after poking guide holes, I still had to re-straighten several pins from the excessive force to puncture the tape.
